Usher Set to Ignite Philadelphia with ‘Past Present Future’ Tour

In an “OMG” moment for Usher fans, Live Nation has revealed that the R&B-pop icon will grace Philadelphia with his “Past Present Future” tour this summer. Following the anticipation surrounding his Super Bowl halftime performance, Usher’s concert at the Wells Fargo Center is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 30, 2024.

Known for hits like “Yeah!” and “DJ Got Us Fallin’ in Love,” Usher Raymond’s Philly concert is strategically planned for the Labor Day weekend, adding an extra layer of excitement for fans in the City of Brotherly Love. The announcement comes in conjunction with the unveiling of Usher’s 24-city tour, which kicks off on Aug. 20 at the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. The tour spans major cities across North America, concluding on Oct. 29 at the United Center in Chicago.

As Usher gears up for his tour, he is also preparing to release his highly anticipated album, “Coming Home,” adding to the thrill for fans attending the Philly concert.

For those eager to secure their spots, ticket releases will be staggered. Citi cardmembers and Verizon Up customers can snag their tickets during presales starting on Wednesday, Feb. 7, with availability until Sunday, Feb. 11, at 10 p.m. VIP packages will be up for grabs on Live Nation starting at 10 a.m. on Feb. 7. The general fan presale opens on Friday, Feb. 9, at 10 a.m.

With tour stops in cities like Baltimore, Boston, Toronto, and Los Angeles, Usher’s “Past Present Future” tour promises to be a musical journey through the artist’s iconic repertoire. Fans are encouraged to mark their calendars, secure their tickets, and get ready to experience the magic of Usher live in Philadelphia this summer.
